Once you place your order, allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. After that, it will take between 12 and 20 business days for delivery in the United States and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it has left our warehouse. Through our application you will be able to know the status of your order and an approximate date of delivery.
All you have to do is enter your e-mail address and the order number.
The prices shown on our site are tax free in U.S. dollars, which means you may have to pay fees and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For more information on charges, contact your local customs office.
This inconvenience is something that doesn't normally happen.
Orders with 2 or more products can be shipped separately, as we ship them from different warehouses. You can receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all your items at once.... they will arrive!
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address on your order, pleasecontact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we can update your delivery address without problems. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Indicate your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you have received an incorrect, missing or defective product. Include your order number, photographs of the product and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Sometimes, depending on the shipping company, packages may arrive deformed. Packages are designed to protect the product being shipped. If the product, not the packaging, does not arrive in condition for proper operation, do not hesitate to contact us to find a solution.
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you have not yet received a credit for your refund, here's what to do: Contact your credit card/bank card company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.
All our products are processed in USD. In general, in the store will be displayed in the price of your local currency and when making the payment will be made in USD. Any additional charges you might see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees and not to us.
